Paycee

Meet Paycee – A teenage girl who enjoys swimming, reading, playing volleyball, and watching National Geographic. Paycee loves animals, especially dogs, and she plans to be a veterinarian in the future. Paycee favorite food of all time is steak and mashed potatoes. She doesn’t like asparagus but loves Brussel sprouts. Like many teens in foster care, Paycee has experienced trauma, and those life experiences can come out in her behaviors at times. Paycee struggles with lying and being manipulative. Paycee is on medication for sleep issues and sometimes has nightmares. She also likes to challenge and test people to see if they are going to stay committed to her. However, Paycee is committed to continue working through her trauma. Paycee needs a two-parent household that is going to provide unconditional love but also has a good understanding of the effects from childhood trauma. Her family must also be willing to participate in family counseling sessions.
