Meet Benjamin, better known as Ben, a kindhearted teenager with a love for animals and an especially big fascination with wolves! Ben loves wolves so much that he even decorated his entire bedroom around them. He is also a wonderful friend with an impressive memory and a special ability to remember the little things people share with him. Ben has a visual impairment and an intellectual disability, and would benefit from a loving, two-person household that understands his unique needs. He will likely require ongoing support with daily living and independence as he grows, making patience, consistence, and understanding especially important. Like many children who have experienced foster care, Ben needs time to build trust and feel secure in a new environment. Positive encouragement, reassurance, and a family that celebrates his accomplishments will help him feel supported and accepted. Ben has so much love and friendship to offer. He is looking for his forever family that will embrace him for exactly who he is and provide the lifelong care and encouragement he deserves.
