Nakyra

Pink! When we asked Nakyra what her favorite color was, she gave us an enthusiastic answer. Nakyra is a treat to spend time with, for sure. She is a smart, sweet, loving young lady who loves being helpful in whatever way she’s able. She enjoys participating in gymnastics and arts and crafts activities, and she loves her baby dolls just as much as she dislikes sausage! Like all kids in foster care, Nakyra has been through some trials and tribulations, so she can get a little anxious and frustrated and scared and act out. These behaviors are expected and normal, however, as she works her way through her emotions and thoughts. She needs a two-parent home to give her the security and stability she needs to learn how to trust again and feel like she’s worthy of all the great things her life has in store for her.
